License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, auDYo engineering grants you a:

• Non-exclusive license to use the software
• Perpetual right to use the purchased version
• Right to install on up to three computers you own within any 12-month period
• Right to create and distribute music using our software

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell our products
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
• Remove any copyright notices from the software
• Use the trial version for commercial projects

3. Ownership

auDYo engineering retains all rights to:

• The software and its source code
• All intellectual property rights
• Any modifications and updates
• Associated documentation and materials

4. Updates and Versions

This license includes:

• Free updates within the same major version
• Bug fixes and security updates
• Access to documentation updates
• Discounted upgrades to major new versions

5. Termination

This license will terminate if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Attempt to crack or bypass licensing
• Distribute the software illegally
• Fail to comply with copyright notices

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. auDYo engineering is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
